Tungsten carbide drill bits and routers

 

  For drilling we have in stock bits from 0,1 up to 6,4 mm. Diameters between 0.1 - 0.4 mm in steps of 0.05 mm , 0.4 - 6.4 mm in steps of 0.1 mm. Drilling smaller then 0,4mm and bigger than 6,4mm have to be consulted with our technicians. Bigger holes than 6,4mm are generally made by circle milling.

 

 

  For milling we have in stock routers of these diameters: 0.6, 0.8 , 1.0 , 1.2 ,
1.4 , 1.6 , 2.0 a 2.4mm. Exact shape of milling should be visible on drawing or in gerber data in its own layer. Multiple panel milling (for automatical assembly) is done with span of 2.0mm and with 1,0mm bridges, if customer doesn't request different size. Your requierements can be consulted with our technicians.

 

  Drilling and routing parametres are adapted to all kinds of used materials and therefore we can quarantee ideal structure of milled edge.
