Laser cutted SMT stencils – basic material

  Laser cutted SMT stencils are made from stainless steel 1,4304 with harderness 3770HV and thickness tolerance +/-4 %. We deliver individually stencils of any shape and size to around 600x600mm. Their shape is specifically designed production data or drawing. We also supply a stencil type VectorGuard VG260 VG265 with aluminum frame and thick 130µm.

In stock we have material with thickness of : 80, 100, 120, 130, 150, 180, 200 a 250µm
( thickness 80, 180, 200 a 250µm are for extra charge of 10% )

SMT stencils are shipped in special protective cases in two basic dimensions :

1. UNIPRINT and similar max 300x600mm
2. Dimensions between 300x600mm and 600x600mm

  stencils are packed in protective foil and are firmly secured in the protective case. This case has also plastic hanger with it, which can be used for hang-up the stencil in your stencil archive.
